COVID-19 UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our manufacturing and fulfillment center to comply with government recommended guidelines for social distancing and PPE.

What does this mean to you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Usually the processing time is within 6-12 business days*, but currently these times vary due to the issues related to covid-19 and government orders and the impact on our business. The processing time can also be extended during holidays
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping at $6.99 per order. If the total amount of your order exceeds $50, shipping will be free.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES tamatoot.com ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to help with your request!

IS IT SAFE TO BUY ONLINE FROM support@tamatoot.com?

Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures secure Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact support@ tamatoot.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method of placing your order!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@tamatoot.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes beyond this period.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email support@tamatoot.com

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You can cancel up to the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at support@tamatoot.com

I ORDER AN AVAILABLE SET WITH A PRE-ORDER, ARE THEY SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

We will ship your order when all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at support@tamatoot.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns

The item/s must be in original condition with the return label and hygiene seal in place. The item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

tamatoot.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse based in the USA.

HOW DO I VISIT RETURN?

Asking for a return has never been so easy!

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns To initiate a return, please email us at support@tamatoot.com using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that we cannot refund initial shipping costs for items returned, other than for defective items. We also cannot refund return postage costs.

Once the goods have been received, we will send out the new part(s) or you will receive a refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of garments that are returned. We recommend using a registered mail service to return items, and keep track of the tracking details.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a problem with a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@ tamatoot.com so we can quickly review the matter for you!
