If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

The item/s must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with tags on. If goods are returned despite these conditions, the return will be sent back to you at an additional cost;
REFUND
Full price items are eligible for a full refund;
FULL PRICE
Full price items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;
GOODS FOR SALE
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Item(s) marked as "final sale - no return or exchange" cannot be returned. If goods are returned despite this policy, the goods will be sent back to you at an additional cost;
VALUE CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that offers a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIM
All swimwear must be tried on underwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARD
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURN SHIPPING
We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure that you can return items within the return timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. tamatoot.com takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your goods via registered or trackable postal services, as return packages remain the customer's responsibility until they are received per tamatoot.com
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We try to process refunds daily, but it may take up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
WRONG GOODS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer support team support@tamatoot.com with your order number and photos of the error and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
